Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut in pieces
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavor)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice

Method

  1. Combine bananas, almond milk, yogurt, oats, pure maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon in blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add ice and puree until smooth.
